Studio Pepperfry

Purchased a RHS Sofa set from Pepperfry. I visited the Pepperfry Studio, and David helped me a lot in understanding the sofa specs and materials. Before purchasing I needed few clarifications w.r.t the dimensions of the sofa, as there was a mismatch in dimensions between same category of Sofa but of different color. David followed it up with their management and technical team and got it rectified. I liked his determination and being spontaneous at resolving my concerns. I’ve been using the Alanzo Velvet RHS Sofa set by Casacraft for almost 15 days now, and I liked the quality and finish of the Sofa Set. Thought the cushioning of the Sofa Set is a little firm, I’m hoping it will get softer while using over a period of time.
